HcG diet recipe phase 2 P2: Cottage Cheese Italian Dip

Anyone get sick of the same ol' same ol' proteins? Believe me, I know cottage cheese isn't on the original protocol BUT if you still lose weight the next day, it's such a wonderful change!

In a blender or food processor, blend until smooth:
1/2 C FAT FREE cottage cheese (bought it at Walmart)
1/8 t pepper
1 t fresh or dried basil OR 1 drop doTerra Basil essential oil
1/4 t fresh or dried oregano
1/8 t dried garlic powder

Dip with your choice of veges.
